Still looking for love while the heart seeks abandonment
living in words apart from the present tense
stealing from all who would give anything to be part of it
praying for truth while you lie through the teeth of someone who would rather believe in a greater good
following orders you never once heard but still understood
and the heart may be nothing but tissue and blood
but it means so much more when you say that its love
and it might as well be cause the science and saints know but part of it
and your so full of dreams that you're practically made of them
sulking around in a body of stardust
collecting the wisdom of life looking down upon itself
all by itself

well everyone's been hard pressed for original thought
when this speaking is spewing out things you forgot
but thanks to the teachers both human and not you're remembering
and these regurgitations can carry a lot of weight, in the right order in all the wrong places
just skip to the bottom and get right down into the heart of it
cause the brain may be folding back into itself while it's trying to break from it's skeletal cell
and see whats beyond the curfews and confines of mental health
and it's so full of dreams that its practically made of them
waltzing around with a body of stardust collecting the visions of light shining down upon itself
and revealing

well it comes to a point where you think you could stop
but your body's persisting like it or not
you're entitled to choosing choose wisely or not
but the breadth of your beauty's been released or caught
by the ones who would have you believe you were taught
that your body will fade and soon be forgotten
and the soul may be nothing but memory past death
but it comes flooding back when you take your first breath
in realized birth you've been released from all of your former debts
and your so full of dreams that you're practically made of them
waltzing around in a body of stardust collecting the wisdom of light and love shining down upon itself
and hopefully smiling
